“The School of Noise is one of those ideas that you just know is right: bringing back a sense of wonder and accessibility to music-making.” Jarvis Cocker

The School of Noise run workshops for all ages encouraging people to have fun with sound in imaginative and creative ways. Since starting in 2015, they have delivered workshops in schools and at festivals throughout the UK and abroad.

Children in Sheffield have been working with School of Noise during the week of Playground, playing on instruments like the theremin and omnichord, and conducting their own orchestra of fruit and vegetables.
